July Chapter Meeting

Come and join us on Thursday, July 24 at the LeoTrish Colenardtown Library (6:30-8:00 pm) as Trish Cole takes us through her process, speaks on character motivation, and guides us through a writing exercise.

Trish Cole is a tomboy poet and playwright whose work often explores the intersect of social construct, gender, and identity. Her stage plays have been produced in New York, Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco, and regionally in Maryland where she is the recipient of the Maryland Community Theatre Festival’s 2013 Outstanding Original Play Script and the 2010 Excellence in Original Script Award. In 2011, Trish was a Bakeless Literary Prize finalist for her manuscript of narrative shorts titled Taking the Auspices. Trish is currently an adjunct instructor of English at the College of Southern Maryland. Her website can be found at www.trishcole.net.
